William Park

Graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in political science and currently at Loyola University of Chicago in the Part-time JD/MBA dual degree program, William Park is an expert within the dental industry. He comes to the table with a life-long experience within the dental industry. After University, he helped his family-owned and operated dental laboratory grow from 9 full-time employees to 30+ full-time associates. William started Arch Dental Group as a response to his many dental owner clients who asked for a successful strategy to recruit key dental personnel. William built the Arch recruitment system and developed a reliable business framework, which has led to the rapid growth of Arch Dental Staffing. The Arch team implements successful staffing and laboratory strategies for all sorts of different dental clinic business types and outlooks.
